By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our products
AtTek is a dropshipping store: when you place an order, we arrange for it to be shipped to you from our supplier(s), rather than from our own warehouse. Because of this:
- Delivery times are generally longer than typical same-country retail — see our Shipping Policy for estimated timeframes per product
- Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or packaging from supplier photos are possible
- Stock levels shown on the site reflect what we believe is available from our supplier(s), but are not guaranteed in real time
3. Pricing
All prices on this site are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). AtTek is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices and we do not issue tax invoices. Delivery and import charges (customs duty and import VAT) are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before processing an order affected by a pricing error.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayFast or Ozow (pay by bank), whichever you choose at checkout. We do not store your card or banking details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product turns out to be unavailable from our supplier), in which case you'll receive a full refund.

7. Returns, refunds, and your right to cancel

8. Product reviews
If you leave a product review, you agree it will be publicly visible on this site, that it reflects your genuine opinion, and that it doesn't contain unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We may remove reviews that breach these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The AtTek name, logo, and website content (excluding supplier product photos and descriptions) belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AtTek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or delay in delivery from our supplier(s). This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
